Before I met Sharon, I had been alternating between episodes of “getting in shape” and “physio”. My objective was to find a trainer who could help me build up strength and endurance without causing any injuries to my back. Sharon’s focus on “active” core training is exactly what I needed, i.e. most core exercises are performed in an “athletic” position vs lying down, which I found to be more useful in building core strength applicable in real-life situations. As a result I have been able to train in a safe and effective way over the past several months, and feel that I am finally making progress towards achieving my health goals.

Sharon is the best trainer I’ve ever come across for my needs! She has been an integral part of my recovery from long-term illness. Previously very active in multiple sports, I am now returning to my former levels of strength, agility, flexibility and overall fitness thanks to Sharon. She starts with the inner core then builds from there, which is exactly what my situation called for.
